Event Process
If you’ve not worked with an Event Management or Catering Company before it’s helpful to understand the process. A typical event production schedule from brief to deliver with JRC Events for a catering brief looks like this:
STAGE ONE
Initial telephone enquiry where we discuss basic requirements: numbers, venue, dates and any specific food you like or dislike.
STAGE TWO
Initial quote plus suggested menus delivered to you via email from your Event Manager.
STAGE THREE
A meeting to take you through the quote, answer any specific questions and decide on final menus and logistics.
STAGE FOUR
Agree quote and confirm booking. Payment of first deposit.
STAGE FIVE
Tasting meeting at JRC Events if required and site visit.
STAGE SIX
Agreement on final menu.
Payment of second deposit.
STAGE SEVEN
Final numbers agreed and any special dietary requirements confirmed.
STAGE EIGHT
Final onsite meeting to confirm logistics and any special circumstances.
STAGE NINE
Event delivery and clear down.
STAGE TEN
Any further site clearing and closing bar stock agreed. Remaining balance payment.
